At Chapman, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely and with minimal fuss.

Shipping Summary

• Orders placed before 4pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 4pm, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be shipped the next working day.
• Free UK delivery on all orders over £50 (exclusions apply).
• Delivery times are quoted at checkout based on your location and the service selected.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Tracked 48

Please note that delivery to certain UK regions, including Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, may incur additional costs regardless of order value.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the service you choose and your location. Estimated times are displayed at checkout. Saturday delivery is available as a premium service but cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping to Northern Ireland

Under the Windsor Framework, some orders may be subject to additional customs checks or fees. We recommend reviewing the latest UK government guidance before ordering. Our team is on hand to help with any queries.

Free Delivery

We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £50 (excluding parts of Scotland, Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland). To qualify, your order must be placed and paid for before 4pm Monday–Friday.

Exclusions

Some postcodes and delivery areas are excluded due to carrier restrictions or parcel weight. If this affects your order, our team will contact you promptly.

Notifications & Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email or SMS. Where available, you can:

• Nominate a neighbour to accept delivery.
• Specify a safe place for your parcel.
• Rearrange delivery for another day.
• Redirect to a local collection point.

Large & Bulky Items

For oversized items, we always dispatch on a next-day service, but due to their size and handling requirements, delivery may take slightly longer.
